Emerald is an expensive gemstone, as most the emeralds have
inclusions looking like cracks thereby reducing their worth as a jewel. A good
emerald is smooth and transparent emitting bright rays. An astrologically
auspicious emerald may be deep velvet green or like green grass, without any
black spot or any other colour. In general, an emerald gives good health, good
education and intellect – in particular mathematics. It is good for business
and commission income. It is good for safe delivery for those expecting.
Emerald goes well for those born in signs (Lagna-Ascendant
