Diwali 2011 & Vaastu Remedies

Diwali Festival consists of five great days, which are

·        Dhan Tryodashi on 24th October 2011,
·        Rup Chaturdashi on 25th October 2011,
·        Diwali on 26th October
o       Diwali Pujan Muhurt will be 07.08 PM to 09.04 PM on 26th October 2011, and
o       01.36 AM to 03.53 AM on 27th October 2011,
·        Govardhan Puja on 27th October 2011 and
·        Bhaya Dooj 28thOctober 2011.
Festival days of Diwali are highly potent to apply vaastu remedies, and in fact the entire month qualifies for the exercise.  Here is a guide to some of the basic principles for removal of vaastu dosha (affliction) and remedies for general well-being.
Vaastu doshacan be of various categories and so are the remedies thereof. These include
·         Removal of vaastu dosha by respective changes
·        Treatment by correcting internal vaastu of the wrongly placed elements.
·        Placement of counterbalancing enhancers or blockers to weeken dosha
·        Environmental checks and balances by plants and trees.
·        Vaastu dosha weakening by spiritual and other means, i.e.
o       By images or statues of gods & goddesses,
o       By planetary gems or colours or crystals or a combinations.
o       By vaastu purushchakra clearing and energizing,
o       By puja or yagya to appease relevant gods and vaastu devata.
o       By ayurvedic herbals placement.
o       By placement of relevant pre-energised yantra - Vaastu Dosh Nivaran Yantra.
o       By recitation of mantras.
If vaastu dosh removal is by demolition and reconstruction, then before demolition, prayers to Vaastu Purush should be performed. During demolition, earthen pot, water or seat should not be taken home from the site of demolition. If removal is not possible, Ganesh Pooja, Navagrah Shanti and Pooja of Vaastu Purush is recommended.
However, for a very healthy vaastu environment vaastu yantra can be installed. This a very useful and beneficial yantra. It combats the bad influences and ill-effects of vaastu faults existing in one's home or office. Mostly, there are certain inherent faults about direction, location, situation of a building, situation of rooms etc, which may not be easily curable or rectifiable.
The Vaastu Yantra not only helps to cure all inherent Vaastu faults and remove these ill-effects, but also generates the positive & benefic effects of Vaastu. This Yantra should be either be buried under the ground before or after construction, with due rituals, or installed at the 'Puja' room, and maintained with due periodic ritual. The installation of Yantra is most powerful during Diwali Festival on the day of “Puja of Goddess Mahalakshmi”, which falls on Wednesday, October 26, 2011
However, with or without the attunement and installation  of “Vaastu Dosh Nivaran Yantra”, one may at least chant the following mantra for removal of vaastu dosh and to bring in vaastu harmony in one’s residence, office or factory:
·        “ Aum Vaastu Devaaye Namah”
·        “Aum Vaastu Purushaye Vidmahe Bhumiputraye Dhimahi Tanno Vaastu Prachodyat.”
·        “Ganpatya Loka Deva Dikpal-Kasthatha Sayudhah Sagnohpetah Shubh Karvantuveh Namah”
The yantra should be attuned and installed under the guidance of a wise person with such an expertise.  A Yantra is an instrument, or a talisman of sacred geometric or a mystical diagram usually in copper. It is a technique or path, considered the simplest and shortest, through which one can attain one's desires, and fulfill one's wishes. It is said that the 'Deities' reside in the Yantras and by performing 'Puja' or worship of Yantras, one can appease them, remove the malefic effects, and increase the flow of positive influences.
Happy Diwali to all for pleasant festivities leading to peace and prosperity.
