It may be remembered that Lehsunia eye represents kethu and one can selectively be wear Lehsunia in the mahadasa periods of kethu for ever greater effect and success and felicity in life.  This gemstone is effective for three year from the day of its 1^st wearing, after which it losses its capacity to give auspiciousness.  

Rahu and Kethu are shadowy nodes and do not own any signs in the zodiac – cosmic cabinet. They, however, give results of the lords of the houses they occupy. Therefore, if Rahu or Ketu occupy a house, the lord of which is an auspicious planet in a birth chart and is well placed in it, Rahu or Ketu will give results represented by that planet. In such circumstances it will be beneficial for the native to wear a Gomedhak for Rahu or Lehsunia for Kethu during the operating dasa and mahadasa periods of Rahu or Kethu individually or respectively.

Be careful as not to wear these two gemstones (gomedhak and lehsunia) together.
